The midfielder joins CT City from an undefeated Raja Casablanca side, where he won the Botola Pro 1 League title this season.
The 28-year-old Capetonian returns to the Mother City for the first time since leaving Ajax Cape Town, where he graduated from the youth ranks, to join Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes in 2015
